CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY:

PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING

 

Please note that at least 48 hours notice is required if you wish to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise the deposit is strictly non refundable.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Any future appointments will be cancelled until the outstanding amount is paid.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment then your slot will automatically be cancelled & deposit will be lost. 

On the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied with your service please get in touch within 48 hours of your appointment & we will do our best to rectify any concerns you may have.
