Membership Policy

On this page, the term ‘UBeauty’ or ‘UBeauty Clinic’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers UBeauty Clinic LTD 14474209 and its associated entities. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this page, or the client as the context requires.

Welcome to UBeauty. You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with the purchase.

1.Appointment:

Bookings must be made in advance. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.

2.Deposit:

A £10 deposit is required in advance for all treatment bookings (redeemable against treatment cost). Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid.

3.Consultation:

Clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment. Following a consultation with one of our therapist, the client must fill in the consultation form truthfully. If the client does not fill in the consultation form truthfully, we will not be responsible for any negative impact caused by the treatment. Only the 30-minute consultation is complimentary - longer consultations will attract a fee in accordance with the therapist.

4.Cancellation of appointment:

Appointments cancelled, missed, or changed without 48 hours’ notice then deposit will not be refundable or redeemable against next treatment cost.

5.Special offer / voucher / Discount / Packages: 

Clients may have as many packages as they like. However, payment must be made upfront in full, and the terms of our refund policy apply.

The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of any treatments. appointments cancelled, missed, or changed without 48 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package. Treatments included in each package cannot be exchanged for other treatments.  All the discount offer, promotion, voucher, package cannot be superimposed.

 

6.UBeauty Clinic Membership Card:

UBeauty may, in its sole discretion, refuse to sell Membership cards to anyone at any time for any reason. These Conditions apply to the use of a Premium Clinic Membership card issued by Premium Clinic Limited. By purchasing or using the membership card, you accept these Conditions: The membership card is valid for two years from the date of issue. Membership card is no longer valid after expiration. All transactions will be rejected. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of UBeauty Clinic LTD.Purchasing or using the membership card means that you accept these conditions:

• You can top up the same Membership Card with multiple persons, but you need to register all of your names on the card when you purchase the Membership card. IF you want to transfer the Membership Card or sell the Membership Card, all parties need to agree. After you all agree to transfer or sell the Membership Card, all Cardholder names will be removed from the Membership Card and replaced by a new Membership Cardholder name. UBeauty is not responsible for any dispute over the transfer or sale of the Membership Card.

• If you let another person, use your Membership Card, you must notify us in advance in any way and you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the Membership Card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement, you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the Membership card is purchased.

• Anyone holding the Membership Card can use its value to make purchases so your Membership Card should be kept secure. If your membership card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the UBeauty Clinic from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop Membership Card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen Membership Card.

• We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen Membership Card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement Membership Card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Membership Cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, or tampered with in any way. We may subject Membership Cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

• We will consider refund at our discretion, the premise is that there are special factors, such as physical factors cannot carry out any beauty salon treatment, but the client needs to show the doctor's notes or documents. Furthermore, we may provide a refund or a replacement membership card of equivalent value if we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a Membership card.

 

7.Refund Policy：

• If you change your decision regarding any treatments, products, prepaid packages, or gift cards purchased in-clinic or online for any reason, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can request a full refund for the unused portion. If you purchased a discount card, the refund will deduct the original price for the used portion and return the entire remaining balance. Please email to info@ubeautyonline.com at the time of purchasing prepaid packages or gift cards within 14 days of the purchase date, attaching your proof of purchase to request a refund. 

• No refunds are provided after the expiration of the 14-day cooling-off period.

 

8.For persons aged 13-17, the Parent/guardian must be present for consultation and first treatment and understand the procedure and aftercare. Not necessarily for future treatments unless they Age Policy：

• Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.

• Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).

• We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 12 years of age.

• For all Cosmetic Injectable treatments, clients must be aged 18+.

• UBeauty Clinic LTD may request a valid form of ID to identify the age of the prospective client.
